Chokopam cacao brings a bold and authentic chocolate flavor to this naturally sweet and creamy drink—without any added sugar, dairy, or fillers. It’s a reminder that indulgence can absolutely be good for you.
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon Chokopam 100% Haitian cacao, melted or grated
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (for extra richness)
1 cup almond milk (or oat milk for creaminess)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for fiber and omega-3s)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or date syrup (optional)
A pinch of sea salt
Ice cubes (as needed for thickness)
Instructions
Melt the Chokopam bar gently in a saucepan or microwave until smooth (or finely grate it).
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, melted Chokopam, cacao powder, almond milk, seeds, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again if a thicker consistency is desired.
Pour into a glass and top with shredded coconut or cacao nibs for crunch.
